Human GCSFR (Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor, Granulocyte) ELISA Kit (HUES01936)

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and quantitatively detects human G-CSFR (CD114) in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm and uses biotin-streptavidin-HRP signal amplification, with a standard curve range of approximately 0.16-10 ng/mL. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be kept at 2-8 °C, while long-term storage of unused strips is at -20 °C in the resealed foil pouch with desiccant. The kit supports research into granulopoiesis, neutrophil differentiation, severe congenital neutropenia and JAK/STAT signaling downstream of G-CSF binding, and is for research use only.
