Human GCET2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04158)

Quantify germinal centre expressed transcript 2 (GCET2), also known as GCSAM, using this colourimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie. GCET2 is a regulator of B-cell receptor signalling that is highly expressed within germinal centres and has emerged as a marker of interest in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and related B-cell lymphoma subtypes, supporting studies of lymphoma biology, tumour classification, and adaptive immune function.

The kit is configured as a 96 Assays format and is validated for human samples. Researchers studying B-cell maturation, germinal centre reactions, and haematological malignancies can use this reagent to profile GCET2 expression across cell lysates and tissue-derived specimens, and to correlate protein levels with gene-expression signatures in clinical research cohorts.
