Human GBF1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04166)

The Assay Genie Human GBF1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Golgi brefeldin-A–resistant guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1 (GBF1), a ~206 kDa Arf-GEF that drives COPI coat recruitment and maintains cisternal organization of the Golgi apparatus. Investigators studying membrane trafficking, COPI vesicle biogenesis, or brefeldin A pharmacology use this microplate-based assay to monitor endogenous GBF1 levels in human cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and other human-derived samples. Assay specificity is conferred by antibody pairs raised against the human GBF1 sequence, with reactivity toward rodent orthologs not characterized under standard run conditions. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP reagent, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution sufficient for 96 Assays. Reconstituted working reagents remain stable for short-term use when refrigerated at 4 °C; unopened components should be kept at the temperature indicated on the package insert to preserve shelf life.
