Human GBA3/Cytosolic beta-glucosidase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Cytosolic beta-glucosidase (GBA3). The assay uses ELISA detection with a standard range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. It is reactive with human samples and is specific for natural and recombinant human Cytosolic beta-glucosidase, which corresponds to UniProt entry Q9H227. Listed synonyms include Cytosolic beta-glucosidase-like protein 1, Cytosolic glycosylceramidase, Glucosidase beta acid 3, Glucosylceramidase beta 3, Klotho-related protein, Cytosolic GCase, KLrP, CBG, and CBGL1.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Recovery is documented at 95-107% for serum and 97-109% for plasma, and linearity has been characterised at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum (107-124%), EDTA plasma (95-117%), and heparin plasma (81-101%) matrices.
