GATA-1, also known as Eryf1, is a zinc-finger transcription factor essential for erythroid lineage commitment and megakaryocyte differentiation. This Assay Genie kit uses an antibody-capture configuration to quantify GATA-1 protein in cell culture fluids, plasma, and serum specimens.
