Human GASP-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0614)

Quantify secreted Growth and Differentiation Factor-Associated Serum Protein-1 (GASP-1), also called WFIKKN2, in experimental samples with this colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie. GASP-1 is a secreted serine protease inhibitor that binds and modulates members of the TGF-beta superfamily, notably myostatin (GDF-8) and GDF-11, and is therefore of interest in studies of skeletal muscle biology, metabolism, and tissue development.

The kit provides reagents for 96 assays and is validated for measurement of human GASP-1. Compatible specimen types include cell culture supernatant along with blood-derived samples prepared as plasma or serum.
