Human Gamma-interferon-inducible protein 16 (IFI16) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of human Gamma-interferon-inducible protein 16 (IFI16), a protein also referred to as Ifi-16, IFNGIP1, and Interferon-inducible myeloid differentiation transcriptional activator. The kit is reactive with human samples and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Specificity has been established for both natural and recombinant forms of the target protein.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-CV of 5.3% and an inter-CV of 10.3%. Recovery has been measured at 103% (range 97-109%) for serum and 105% (range 99-111%) for plasma. Linearity tested across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (N=5) is reported within ranges of 86-112%.
