Human Gamma-enolase (ENO2) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human gamma-enolase (ENO2), also referred to as neuron-specific enolase or NSE. The assay is reactive with human samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Per the manufacturer's specifications, the kit has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/mL. Reported precision values are 3.2% intra-assay CV and 8.4% inter-assay CV. Recovery is documented at an average of 87% for serum (range 81–93%) and 89% for plasma (range 83–95%). The assay detects natural and recombinant human gamma-enolase. ENO2 is a glycolytic enzyme enriched in mature neurons and neuroendocrine tissues and is relevant to research in cancer and related disease areas.
