Human Gamma adaptin ELISA Kit (HUFI04180)

Gamma adaptin (AP1G1) is the gamma subunit of the heterotetrameric adaptor protein complex 1 (AP-1), which recruits clathrin to the trans-Golgi network and mediates sorting of cargo between the Golgi, endosomes, and the plasma membrane. Quantifying gamma adaptin levels in biological samples supports research into vesicle trafficking, receptor sorting, and membrane protein transport pathways.

Assay Genie supplies this as a complete kit with a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. A standard curve is generated on each plate to enable interpolation of unknown sample concentrations.

Reconstituted components should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation. The kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic procedures. A 100 uL sample volume per well is recommended, with dilution of high-concentration samples advised before measurement to keep absorbance readings within the linear range of the standard curve.
