Human GALK2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07874)

Quantitative measurement of human galactokinase 2 in patient-derived specimens is enabled by this ELISA-based assay from Assay Genie. GALK2 is a galactose-metabolizing enzyme that participates in the Leloir pathway, phosphorylating α-D-galactose to galactose-1-phosphate, and is investigated in metabolic disease research, hepatic function studies, and characterization of carbohydrate processing disorders.
