Human Galectin-9 (LGALS9) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Galectin-9 (LGALS9), a beta-galactoside-binding lectin involved in immune regulation and inflammation. The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatant samples, and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human Galectin-9.

The kit reports a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31pg/mL. Precision is supported by an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Linearity has been characterised across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, and recovery has been evaluated in serum and plasma.
