Human Galectin 14/GAL14 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of human Galectin-14 (Gal-14) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Recovery in spiked matrices ranges from 87-104% in serum (average 96%), 87-104% in EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 92-103% in heparin plasma (average 96%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions is 85-102%, 84-101% and 84-100% for serum; 85-102%, 85-98% and 83-96% for EDTA plasma; and 89-101%, 85-93% and 85-93% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
