Human Galanin ELISA Kit

Galanin is a key neuropeptide that plays a critical role in pain modulation, stress response, and energy homeostasis, and its dysregulation has been linked to neurological disorders, mood disorders, and metabolic diseases. The procedure involves a primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin addition, and TMB color development, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
