The Human GAK ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of Cyclin G-Associated Kinase, a 150 kDa serine/threonine kinase involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis, cell cycle progression, and DNA damage response signaling. Aberrant GAK expression has been linked to prostate cancer progression, hepatocellular carcinoma, and Parkinson's disease pathology, making accurate protein quantification valuable for translational and biomarker research programs.

Each kit provides a complete microplate-based ELISA workflow including pre-coated capture antibody wells, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, and a lyophilized standard set for standard curve generation. The standard curve covers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of less than 0.05 ng/mL, and the assay has been validated for human GAK with demonstrated cross-reactivity to mouse and rat orthologs.
