GAGE2D is a member of the GAGE cancer/testis antigen family, typically expressed in testicular germ cells and aberrantly re-expressed in melanoma and several carcinoma types, making it a target of interest in tumor immunology research. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative measurement of GAGE2D in human blood-derived specimens, enabling studies of antigen expression dynamics in oncology and biomarker discovery workflows. The assay is supplied as a complete microplate configuration with all required reagents, including pre-coated capture antibody, detection antibody, standards, and substrate solution.
