Human GADL1/Glutamate Decarboxylase Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Glutamate Decarboxylase-Like Protein 1 (GADL1). It is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich detection method. The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The assay follows a six-step protocol including reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate colour development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
