Human GABPB2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04201)

The Human GABPB2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring GABPB2 (GA-binding protein subunit beta-2), a transcription factor subunit of the GABP complex that regulates expression of nuclear-encoded mitochondrial genes involved in oxidative phosphorylation and mitochondrial biogenesis. The procedure uses a biotin-streptavidin-HRP reporter system, with absorbance measurements taken in a compatible plate reader; each well requires 100 μL of sample. The assay is validated for human serum-derived and plasma-derived research samples and is supplied as a complete microplate format containing pre-coated capture strips, recombinant GABPB2 standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash buffer. Recommended research applications include investigations of mitochondrial gene regulation, oxidative stress biology, and oncogenic signaling pathways where GABPB2 overexpression has been reported in several tumor types.
