Human G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 (CCND1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of human G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 (CCND1), a key regulator of the G1/S transition of the cell cycle that is widely studied in cancer research. The assay is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human G1/S-specific cyclin-D1.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.3% and inter-assay CV is 5.5%. Linearity has been assessed for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Recovery is documented for serum (range 80–92%, average 86%) and plasma (range 82–94%, average 88%).
