Human G Protein Coupled Receptor 78 (GPR78) ELISA Kit

GPR78 is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor of interest in neuroscience, with published studies linking sequence variants to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia susceptibility. Assay Genie supplies this kit as a microplate-based research tool for quantitative measurement of GPR78 levels in tissue homogenates and other sample types.

The assay is intended for research use only, supporting applications such as orphan receptor expression profiling, GPCR signaling studies, and target validation workflows. Unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4°C; reconstituted standards, working dilutions, and unused aliquots should be frozen at -20°C, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody binding activity. Each well receives 100 µL of sample, with a quantitative detection range of 0.1–10 ng/mL calibrated against recombinant human GPR78.

Each kit is provided in a single-use microplate format with vials of capture antibody, detection antibody, standard, and substrate sufficient for the full 96 assays run.
