Human G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1 (GPER) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise, quantitative measurement of human G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1 (GPER) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. GPER is a key receptor mediating estrogen signalling in tissues including the cardiovascular system, reproductive organs and central nervous system, with dysregulation linked to breast cancer, cardiovascular disorders and Alzheimer's disease.

The assay covers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.127ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 4.6% CV and inter-assay precision at 7.6% CV. Recovery is 109% (range 103-115%) in serum and 111% (range 105-117%) in plasma. The kit detects natural and recombinant human GPER (UniProt Q99527).
