Human FXYD7 ELISA Kit (HUFI04205)

FXYD7 is a small transmembrane protein that modulates Na,K-ATPase activity, and this Assay Genie ELISA kit provides quantitative measurement of the human form in research samples. FXYD7 is expressed predominantly in neural tissue, with altered levels reported in studies of brain tumours, including glioma, and in neuronal physiology research. This research use only kit is supplied in a microplate format and produces a colorimetric signal readable on standard laboratory plate readers.

Each kit includes pre-coated wells, detection antibodies, and a standard series sufficient to generate a standard curve for interpolating unknown FXYD7 concentrations.
