Human FXYD2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04225)

Investigators studying renal ion transport, tubular magnesium handling, and electrolyte homeostasis use the Assay Genie Human FXYD2 ELISA Kit to quantify the FXYD2 regulatory subunit of Na+/K+-ATPase in human specimens. FXYD2 is a small transmembrane auxiliary subunit that modulates Na+/K+-ATPase activity and is broadly expressed in renal tubular epithelium.

Built on an antibody-capture immunoassay workflow with absorbance-based readout, the kit is supplied as a 96 Assays package containing a pre-coated microplate, calibrated reference standards, and detection reagents. Validated sample matrices include human serum-derived fluid and human plasma aliquots. Reagents should be stored refrigerated upon arrival; equilibrate plate components to room temperature before initiating the run.
