Human FUT6/FCT3A ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of FUT6 (Fucosyltransferase 6) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. FUT6 is an enzyme involved in the synthesis of selectin ligands that participate in cell adhesion processes, and its dysregulation has been associated with inflammation, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.

Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 has been reported for serum (85-103%, 95-105%, 86-104%), EDTA plasma (82-96%, 83-99%, 89-99%) and heparin plasma (81-98%, 83-93%, 81-100%). Recovery ranges were 86-96% (serum, average 92%), 91-104% (EDTA plasma, average 97%) and 91-102% (heparin plasma, average 94%).

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm immediately after addition of stop solution.
