Human Fumarate hydratase, mitochondrial (FH) ELISA Kit

The enzyme is a key component of the tricarboxylic acid (citric acid) cycle, contributing to energy production in mitochondria, and has been reported to also act as a tumor suppressor. The kit detects natural and recombinant human Fumarate hydratase, mitochondrial, supporting metabolism research applications.

Validated for human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay delivers a detection range of 78-5000ng/mL with a sensitivity of 39ng/mL. Precision is reported at an Intra CV of 6.2% and an Inter CV of 11.5%. Recovery is documented at 113% (107-119%) for serum and 115% (109-120%) for plasma, with linearity data provided across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
