Distinct from the related lysosomal fucosidase FUCA1, FUCA2 is the circulating plasma isoform and has been investigated as a candidate biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, and inflammatory disease research. The Assay Genie Human FUCA2 ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunometric method for selective measurement of FUCA2 in human research samples.

The kit is supplied as a complete set of reagents, including a pre-coated microplate, recombinant FUCA2 calibration standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and chromogenic substrate.
