Human FUBP3 ELISA Kit (HUFI04226)

Built around a two-antibody ELISA format, this Assay Genie kit enables quantitative detection of human Far Upstream Element Binding Protein 3 (FUBP3). FUBP3 is a single-stranded nucleic-acid-binding protein of the KH-domain family that recognizes the far upstream element of MYC and modulates mRNA stability, and altered FUBP3 levels have been examined in tumor biology, immune signaling, and host-response research. The 96 Assays configuration supplies a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized protein standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate, and wash buffer sufficient for one full plate at standard curve plus samples run in duplicate. Following the assay, absorbance values are read colorimetrically on a standard microplate reader and interpolated against the standard curve. For storage, all reagents should be refrigerated upon receipt; the TMB substrate must be protected from light, and any reconstituted components should be aliquoted to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
