Human FTSJ2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04222)

FTSJ2 (FtsJ RNA methyltransferase homolog 2) is a 2'-O-ribose methyltransferase that modifies ribosomal and small nucleolar RNAs, with documented roles in ribosome biogenesis, translation fidelity, and cell proliferation. Aberrant FTSJ2 expression has been reported in cancer cell line panels and tumor tissue cohorts, where it is being investigated as a candidate biomarker of translational control.
