Human FTMT/Ferritin Mitochondrial ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of FTMT (Ferritin, Mitochondrial) levels in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

FTMT is a key protein involved in iron metabolism and regulation within the mitochondria, and dysregulation of FTMT has been associated with iron overload disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and certain types of cancer. The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, where the kit remains stable for 12 months, supporting research into cell biology, mitochondrial function, and iron-related disease processes.
