Human FRS2/Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor Substrate 2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human FRS2/Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor Substrate 2 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed to accurately measure FRS2 levels in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody configuration with colorimetric detection and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. FRS2 is a key adaptor protein that interacts with fibroblast growth factor receptors, playing a critical role in cell growth, differentiation, and survival; its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer and developmental disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for research into these conditions and cellular signalling pathways.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity spans 87–93% (serum), 85–101% (EDTA plasma) and 80–93% (heparin plasma) across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, while recovery ranges from 93–100% (serum), 92–100% (EDTA plasma) and 86–99% (heparin plasma), with respective averages of 95%, 96% and 96%. Reagents are intended to be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months and include a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution and wash buffers, stop solution, plate sealer and a technical manual.
