Human Frizzled 10 ELISA Kit (HUFI07883)

Targeting the Frizzled family of Wnt receptors has become central to cancer pathway research, and this 96 Assays immunoassay kit from Assay Genie enables in vitro quantitative detection of human Frizzled 10 (FZD10). FZD10 propagates signaling through canonical β-catenin and non-canonical planar-cell-polarity cascades after binding secreted Wnt ligands, and aberrant FZD10 expression has been documented in synovial sarcoma, gastric carcinoma, and colorectal cancer.

Typical applications include profiling FZD10 levels in patient cohorts, screening Wnt-pathway modulators in cell culture models, and tracking soluble Frizzled 10 dynamics in longitudinal samples. The kit can also be integrated into experiments that compare tumor versus matched normal tissue lysates or that evaluate FZD10 alongside other Wnt components such as WNT3A, β-catenin, and LRP6. The assay is intended for research use only.
