Human Frizzled-1/FZD1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Frizzled-1 (FZD1). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Spiked-sample linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls within approximately 80–104% across serial dilutions, with recovery averaging 96–100%. All reagents should be stored at 2–8 °C, where the kit remains stable for 12 months.

Frizzled-1 is a key receptor of the Wnt signalling pathway, involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and tissue development. Dysregulation of this pathway has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders and cardiovascular disease, making FZD1 a relevant biomarker in metabolism research.
