The Assay Genie FREM1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of FRAS1-related extracellular matrix protein 1 in human biofluids, supporting research into developmental biology and extracellular matrix organization.

FREM1 is a basement membrane-associated protein required for proper embryonic morphogenesis, and loss-of-function variants have been linked to BNAR (Bifid Nose with Anorectal and Renal anomalies) syndrome and other Fraser-spectrum disorders.
