Human FPR2/Formyl peptide receptor 2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie comes a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA intended for quantitative detection of human FPR2 (Formyl Peptide Receptor 2). The assay is suited to cell biology research and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL.

FPR2 is a key receptor involved in inflammatory responses, immune regulation, and cell migration, and its dysregulation has been linked to inflammatory disorders, autoimmune conditions, and cancer. The workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Typical steps include reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C, detection antibody binding, and color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes.

Linearity was demonstrated across dilution series (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) for serum (90-102%, 83-95%, 86-96%), EDTA plasma (86-103%, 84-98%, 80-95%), and heparin plasma (85-100%, 89-101%, 80-99%). Spike-and-recovery averages were 96% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
