The Assay Genie FosB/G0S3 immunoassay quantifies FBJ murine osteosarcoma viral oncogene homolog B, a Fos-family transcription factor that dimerises with Jun partners to assemble AP-1 complexes governing cell proliferation, osteoblast differentiation, and neuronal plasticity. Investigators apply the kit to studies of addiction-related neural signalling, bone-remodelling pathways, and acute mitogenic responses, processing conditioned cell culture medium and human blood-derived specimens. Each box contains a pre-coated plate, lyophilised recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, plus wash and substrate buffers sized for the full plate.
