Human Folliculin (FLCN) ELISA Kit

Folliculin (FLCN) is a conserved tumor suppressor protein that participates in mTOR pathway regulation, AMPK activation, and primary cilia maintenance. Loss-of-function mutations in the FLCN gene cause Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome, a hereditary disorder characterized by cutaneous fibrofolliculomas, pulmonary cysts that predispose to spontaneous pneumothorax, and bilateral renal tumors.
