Human Folate Receptor 1, Adult (FOLR1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie FOLR1 immunoassay is built for quantitative measurement of human Folate Receptor 1 (FRα, the GPI-anchored ~38 kDa adult folate-binding glycoprotein) in research samples. FOLR1 is overexpressed in ovarian, lung, and endometrial carcinomas and is studied as a tumor-associated antigen and a target for folate-conjugated therapeutics and imaging agents, so this ELISA kit is most often used to evaluate receptor expression in patient-derived specimens, cultured cell lines, and xenograft tissue homogenates.

The kit is supplied with capture antibody, detection antibody, standards, and all ancillary reagents needed to generate a recombinant FOLR1 standard curve and quantify receptor levels across a full microplate of unknowns.
