Human FN3K ELISA Kit (HUFI04260)

Quantify intracellular fructosamine-3 kinase (FN3K) with this 96-well sandwich immunoassay from Assay Genie, built around pre-coated microplate strips and a biotinylated detector antibody for colorimetric readout on standard plate readers. FN3K phosphorylates fructoselysine residues on glycated proteins, counteracting non-enzymatic glycation damage linked to hyperglycemia, oxidative stress, and diabetic complications, and this assay supports research into advanced glycation end-product biology, retinal basement membrane remodeling, and renal mesangial cell function.

Across the standard curve the assay reports a detection range of 0.32 to 20 ng/mL with sensitivity 0.114 ng/mL, a top standard at 20 ng/mL, and an assay length of roughly 3.5 hours per run. The kit has been validated against serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, with a sample volume of 50 to 100 µL per well. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human FN3K and analogues has been observed.

Reconstituted standards and detector antibody should be kept refrigerated at 2 to 8°C and protected from light to preserve activity across the 12-month shelf life, while the unopened microplate and lyophilized components are stored at -20°C.
