Human Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3LG) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA for the quantitative detection of human Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3LG) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay from Assay Genie uses colorimetric detection and is intended for research use only.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.50pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.4% and inter-assay CV is 9.2%. Linearity was validated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (100-109%, 103-113%, 91-101% and 113-122%), EDTA plasma (80-90%, 107-115%, 100-112% and 101-111%) and heparin plasma (89-98%, 106-116%, 91-100% and 110-120%). Recovery averaged 112% for serum (range 106-118%) and 114% for plasma (range 108-120%).

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human FLT3LG. This cytokine stimulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating FLT3 and synergizes with other colony-stimulating factors and interleukins, supporting studies in hematopoiesis, immunology and cardiovascular research.
