Human FLT3L/FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human FLT3L (Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. FLT3L is a key cytokine involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis and immune cell development, playing a crucial role in the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune responses, hematological disorders, and cancer.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL (1ng=1200mIU). Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The assay is a sandwich ELISA using a double antibody configuration, with standards and samples added to pre-coated wells, followed by biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

Validated linearity ranges include serum (82-103%), EDTA plasma (85-101%), and heparin plasma (82-100%) across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Recovery performance shows serum at 85-101% (average 99%), EDTA plasma at 89-102% (average 93%), and heparin plasma at 89-102% (average 94%).
