Fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein 3 (FLRT3) is a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein that mediates homotypic cell adhesion and modulates FGF receptor signaling during embryonic morphogenesis and synaptic organization. The Assay Genie Human FLRT3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit gives researchers a quantitative immunoassay for measuring native human FLRT3 across cell culture supernatant preparations and clinical sample matrices relevant to oncology, neuroscience, and developmental biology studies.

Each kit contains reagents for 96 individual assays arranged in a microplate layout with a colorimetric readout, calibrated to recognize the endogenous human FLRT3 protein. The protocol supports expression profiling of FLRT3 in tumor-derived cell lines, primary neuronal cultures, and tissue-derived specimens, where altered FLRT3 levels have been linked to invasion and differentiation phenotypes.
