Human FLRG/FLRG ELISA Kit

The ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human FLRG (Follistatin-related gene) levels in research samples. It uses a sandwich ELISA format with a double antibody approach and a colorimetric detection method, and is reactive with human samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

FLRG is a protein involved in regulating biological processes such as inflammatory responses, tissue repair, and cell growth. Dysregulation of FLRG has been associated with diseases including cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions. The assay has a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
