Human Flotillin-1 (FLOT1) ELISA Kit

The assay reports a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is given as 7.4% CV and inter-assay precision as 9.2% CV. Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 93–102% at 1:2 to 84–93% at 1:16; EDTA plasma ranges from 101–111% at 1:2 to 103–113% at 1:16; and heparin plasma ranges from 101–110% at 1:2 to 103–114% at 1:16. Recovery averages 102% (range 96–108%) in serum and 104% (range 98–110%) in plasma.
