Human FLOT2/Flotillin 2 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for human sample analysis, this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format for the detection of Flotillin-2 (FLOT2). The assay is reactive with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research in cell biology. According to the manufacturer, Flotillin-2 is a key protein involved in membrane microdomain organization and cell signaling pathways, with roles in cell adhesion, migration, and intracellular trafficking; its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, Alzheimer's, and cardiovascular disorders.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Reported linearity in serum spans 81-100% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, with EDTA plasma at 84-102% and heparin plasma at 80-105%. Average recovery is 96% for serum, 99% for EDTA plasma, and 92% for heparin plasma. Components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
