Human FLI1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04266)

Built around a microplate-based ELISA workflow for research use only, the Assay Genie Human FLI1 ELISA Kit quantifies Friend Leukemia Integration 1, an ETS-family transcription factor that governs megakaryocyte differentiation, endothelial and connective tissue gene programs, and has been studied as a candidate biomarker in systemic lupus erythematosus and in selected hematologic malignancies including Ewing sarcoma.

Each kit is supplied with sufficient reagents for 96 Assays and is intended for in vitro measurement of human FLI1 in prepared research samples. The absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard microplate reader, and the procedure follows typical capture-and-detection antibody steps used across the immunoassay format family.
