Human FKBP2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07895)

The Assay Genie Human FKBP2 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of FKBP2, also called FKBP13, an ER-resident immunophilin with peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity. Investigators studying ER stress, protein folding homeostasis, calcium signaling through IP3 receptors, or FK506-mediated immunosuppression use this kit to quantify FKBP2 in human serum and plasma samples. The assay uses human-specific capture antibodies and shows no significant cross-reactivity with FKBP1A (FKBP12) or other FKBP family members. Each kit supplies pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrator standards, and wash buffer in a 96 Assays configuration, with a 100 uL sample volume per well. The protocol runs at room temperature with multi-step washes and incubation steps.
