Human FIGLA (Factor in the germline alpha) ELISA KIT (HUFI05239)

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of FIGLA, a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor essential for primordial follicle formation and oocyte-specific gene regulation in the human ovary. The assay is validated specifically for human FIGLA detection and supports research applications including studies of premature ovarian failure (POF6), idiopathic female infertility, germline differentiation, and ovarian reserve biology, where loss-of-function variants in FIGLA have been associated with disrupted folliculogenesis and amenorrhea. The product is supplied as a complete microplate-based package containing pre-coated capture antibody wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant FIGLA standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and chromogenic substrate sufficient for one plate, with a 100 µL sample volume per well.
