Human Ficolin-2 (FCN2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Ficolin-2 (FCN2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Ficolin-2 is a secreted protein that may function in innate immunity through activation of the lectin complement pathway, acting as a calcium-dependent and GlcNAc-binding lectin.

The assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 20pg/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 3.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.3%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Ficolin-2 and is reactive with human samples only.
