Human Ficolin-1 (FCN1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables detection of human Ficolin-1 (FCN1) levels in serum and plasma samples using a colorimetric detection method. It is intended for research use in the area of immunology.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Specificity is confirmed for both natural and recombinant human Ficolin-1 (UniProt O00602), a secreted extracellular lectin that functions as a pattern-recognition receptor in innate immunity and activates the lectin pathway of the complement system. FCN1 is predominantly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes and is found on the surface of monocytes and granulocytes.
