Human Fibulin 3 (FBLN3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's kit is built on a quantitative sandwich ELISA principle, using a monoclonal anti-human Fibulin-3 capture antibody pre-coated onto the wells and an HRP-conjugated detection antibody for readout after TMB development. Validation data show no significant cross-reactivity or interference between human FBLN3 and analogue proteins, with intra-assay CV below 10% and inter-assay CV below 12% across low, mid, and high control samples tested on three independent plates. Spike-and-recovery returns are within 80-102% in serum, 81-100% in EDTA plasma, and 80-89% in heparin plasma, and serial dilution linearity is demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in those same matrices. Activity loss is below 5% through the kit's expiration date when stored properly. The target is mapped to UniProt accession Q12805 and EFEMP1 gene ID 2202, with published research linking circulating Fibulin-3 to malignant pleural mesothelioma screening investigations, to EFEMP1-driven age-related macular degeneration (DHRD/Malattia Leventinese), and to epithelial ovarian and pancreatic tumour biomarker studies.
