Human Fibulin-2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Fibulin-2 (FBLN2), an extracellular matrix protein implicated in tissue development, maintenance, and repair. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a capture antibody pre-coated onto the wells of a microplate, with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin delivering signal generation via TMB substrate in a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.

Validated for human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the assay covers a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. Bradford reagent is supplied for total protein quantification and sample normalization, and linearity and recovery have been characterized across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.

Reagents include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, plate sealers, and a technical manual. Components are stored at 2–8°C with the lyophilized standard suitable for –20°C long-term storage, and the kit is shipped on ice packs for research use only.
